2. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and details. However:

• Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.
• Minor weaving irregularities, thread pulls, or texture variations may occur, especially in handloom items. These are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to update product details or pricing at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We accept:

• Paytm (online payment)
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

3.1 COD Conditions

• COD orders may require verification through call or SMS.
• Incorrect or unreachable phone numbers can lead to order cancellation.
• Customer must be available to receive the parcel on delivery.

4. Order Confirmation & Order Cancellation

Once you place an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

No Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed (applicable to both prepaid & COD).
• No changes can be made after order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

• The product is out of stock
• The address or phone number is invalid
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Payment failure occurs

If we cancel an order, we will notify you via email or phone.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship within India only through trusted courier partners:

• Professional Couriers
• ST Couriers

Delivery time depends on your location.

5.1 Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to:

• Wrong address
• Incomplete address
• Incorrect pin code
• Unavailable recipient

Reshipping charges may apply.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges ONLY if:

• The product received is wrong, OR
• The product is damaged

Mandatory Condition

You must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment you receive the parcel until the product is fully opened, without:

• Pauses
• Cuts
• Editing

Requests without a proper video will not be accepted.

Customer Bears Return Shipping Cost

• You must ship the product back to the address provided on our website
• Return courier cost must be paid by the customer
• We do not provide pickup services.

Replacement is sent only once the returned product is received and verified.

7. Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy, except in the following case:

✔ A refund may be issued only if replacement is not possible for a wrong/damaged product.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Change of mind
• Color difference
• Delay by courier
• Incorrect address
• COD refusal

8. No Custom Orders

We do not offer:

• Fall/pico stitching
• Blouse stitching
• Any customization services

Anna Silks is not responsible for:

• Courier delays
• Damages caused after product delivery
• Incorrect customer information
• Misuse of product by customer

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in courts located in Tamil Nadu.
