Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- No modifications or changes can be made to the order
- This applies to both prepaid and COD orders.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal conditions.
Customers are advised to check product descriptions, images, and details carefully before purchasing.
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to screen differences
- Size or style preferences
- Delayed delivery due to courier partners
- Incorrect address provided by customer
3. Exception โ Refund Only if Replacement Is Not Available
A refund may be provided only in one specific case:
- If you received a wrong product or damaged product, AND
- A replacement is not available
In such cases:
- You must submit a continuous unboxing video as proof
- The returned product must pass inspection
- Refund will be issued only after return verification
Refund method:
- Online payment orders โ refunded to the original payment mode
- COD orders โ refunded via bank transfer or UPI
4. Mandatory Condition for Any Claim
To request a replacement or refund (in eligible cases), you must submit:
A clear, uncut unboxing video recorded from start to finish
Requests without this video will not be processed.
5. No Refund for COD Verification Failures
Refunds will not be issued if:
- COD order is cancelled due to unreachable phone number
- Address is incomplete or incorrect
- Customer refuses delivery
6. Return Shipping Cost
For eligible cases (wrong/damaged product):
- Customer must send the product back at their own shipping cost
- Product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
