Return & Exchange Policy - Anna Silks

At Anna Silks, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
However, if you receive a wrong product or a damaged product, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You are eligible for a return or exchange ONLY if:
- The product received is wrong, OR
- The product is damaged on arrival
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to screen settings
- Wrong size preference
- Minor weaving inconsistencies (normal in handloom items)
- Delay caused by courier partners
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or exchange request, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that:
- Shows the parcel before opening
- Shows the entire unboxing process
- Shows the defect or incorrect product clearly
- Has no pauses, cuts, or edits
๐ก Return or exchange requests without an uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Time Window for Reporting Issues
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 24 hours are not eligible.
4. Return & Exchange Process
If you receive a wrong or damaged item:
- Send the uncut unboxing video along with your order details
- Our team will verify the issue
- Once approved, you must send the product back to the address provided on our website
- After we receive and inspect the product, we will process an exchange or refund as applicable
5. Return Shipping Cost (Important)
- Customers must bear the cost of returning the product
- You must ship the item using a reliable courier service
- The return product must reach us in the same unused, unwashed condition with all original packaging
- Anna Silks does not provide pickup services.
6. Replacement Availability
- If the same product is in stock, we will send a replacement
- If unavailable, we may offer:
- Exchange with a different product OR
- Refund (only if replacement is not possible)
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
- A replacement is not available
- The returned product passes quality inspection
- The issue is verified with the unboxing video
Refund method:
- Online payment orders โ refunded to the original payment mode
- COD orders โ refunded to bank account or UPI as provided by the customer
8. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Items without unboxing video
- Used, washed, or tampered products
- Products sent without prior approval
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Handloom variations (minor thread pulls, slubs, texture differences)
9. Return Address
Customers must send the return package to the address provided on the https://annasilks.com/
Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
